Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Because we sell skincare products, our return policy is designed to protect the hygiene and safety of every customer. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Opened or Used Products
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any skincare product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken. This is standard practice across the beauty industry and helps us guarantee that every product we ship is safe and unused. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please reach out before opening it and we'll be happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind everything we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the shipping label on the package
Once we confirm the issue, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. For damaged or defective items, we do not require you to ship the product back. Please do not discard the item until your claim is resolved.
Lost Packages
All orders ship with tracking. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
Change of Mind (Unopened Items Only)
If you change your mind and the product is still sealed and unopened, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a refund will be issued once we receive the item in its original, unopened condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Bundles and Sets
Bundled sets must be returned as a complete set. We cannot accept partial returns or refunds on individual items within a bundle.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
