Thank you for shopping with us. We ship authentic Korean skincare sourced directly from Korea. Please review our shipping terms below. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During product launches, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate email with a tracking number once it ships.

Shipping Times

Our products are fulfilled and shipped from Korea. Estimated total delivery time, including processing, is 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location and the carrier.

  • Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or incorrect address information.
  • Tracking is provided on every order so you can follow your package at each stage.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your location and order, we ship via trusted international carriers including FedEx, DHL Express, EMS Premium, and K-Packet. The carrier is selected to provide the most reliable delivery to your address. All packages ship discreetly, your order arrives in neutral packaging.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The amount depends on your location and the items in your order. Any shipping promotions or free-shipping thresholds, if offered, will be shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Because orders ship internationally from Korea, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Customs policies vary widely by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering. We are not able to predict or cover these fees, and we cannot mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue them, as this violates customs regulations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after several days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll always do our best to help track and resolve delayed shipments, but these delays are not eligible for refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, and your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update and we'll work to arrange a replacement or refund.

Multiple Items and Bundles

Bundles and multi-item orders are shipped together in one package whenever possible. In rare cases, items may ship separately at no extra cost to you.
